The Group’s Whistle-blower policy is a way for employees, suppliers, customers to report misconduct or actions that are in violation of the law and/or Code of Conduct.

Reporting can be made through the local ROCKWOOL website or by using the ROCKWOOL Whistle-blower App. You can file a report in the language of your choosing.

About the Whistle-blower policy

The Whistle-blower policy has been adopted by the Board of ROCKWOOL A/S and is applicable to the entire ROCKWOOL Group. The Whistle-blower policy and reporting portal covers all ROCKWOOL Group companies worldwide and considers the applicable laws of every country.

Whistle-blower cases are processed electronically and sensitive information is stored encrypted. The system facilitates anonymous dialog with the whistle-blower, where the Group Integrity Officer can ask the whistle-blower questions to clarify or for further documentation. To ensure the anonymity of the whistle-blower, this dialog is solely based on the willingness of the whistle-blower to voluntarily log on to the portal.
